This program is designed to develop registered counsellors who possess:

• Competence in addressing issues related to individuals, organizations, families, and communities.
• A professional, ethical, and scientific mindset aimed at enhancing quality of life and productivity across diverse environments.
• A culturally aware practice, serving as counsellors, managers, consultants, mentors, coaches, and mediators.
• A strong inclination towards research, addressing problems in various settings.

The curriculum adheres to the Standards and Requirements of Training for Counsellors (2011) as established by the Lembaga Kaunselor (Malaysia).
