Master of Science in Human Resource Development
The Faculty of Cognitive Sciences and Human Development offers a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Development (HRD), tailored for professionals seeking to deepen their knowledge, skills, and confidence in human resource development and management. The program explores various aspects of learning and instructional design, including theories, models, adult learning, and strategies. Students are encouraged to think critically and reflect on current issues and trends in human resource management and development, applying these insights to their workplaces.
The MSc HRD program combines taught coursework—comprising lectures, assignments, and assessments—with a research paper. To earn the degree, students must complete a minimum of 42 credits and achieve a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 3.0.
A distinctive feature of the MSc HRD program is its focus on cognition, human behaviour, and information technology, which are integrated to enhance organizational learning.
